Over her 15 years as Principal, Susan Just has led Lauriston Girls' School through a period of remarkable growth, innovation, and transformation. Her vision has not only shaped the school of today — it has laid the groundwork for the Lauriston of tomorrow.

Under Susan’s leadership, Lauriston has embraced innovation and future-focused learning through the introduction of advanced digital technology programs and the creation of the FabLab — empowering students with the skills to thrive in a changing world. She has overseen the implementation of the School Masterplan, delivering state-of-the-art facilities including the Ullmer Sports & Wellbeing Centre, the new Years 5/6 Centre, the redevelopment of Blairholme Early Learning Centre, and critical infrastructure improvements such as the underground car park.

The Susan Just Legacy Appeal is an opportunity for our community to honour Susan’s extraordinary contribution — not simply by looking back, but by ensuring her vision continues to shape Lauriston’s future.
