Olympic Gymnast (2004) & Sport Commentator

Steph loved gymnastics as a child, and by Year 4 was training 25 hours a week.

At Lauriston she was a Victorian Institute of Sport gymnast where she was given support through a modified education program and scholarship support. The first Australian gymnast to win an international medal, Steph was a 2002 Junior Pacific Alliance dual bronze medallist and won gold in the 2002 Commonwealth Games WAG (Women’s Artistic Gymnastics) Team Competition. She won bronze in the same event at the 2003 World Championships. Steph made the all round finals at the 2004 Athens Olympics.
